This delightful Tea 'room' is set in the garden of a typical English country cottage, located in the ancient village of Elstow, Bedfordshire, England.
"An outdoor tearoom - in England?" we hear you cry. Don't worry, our garden is very sheltered and there are gazebos and a summerhouse etc.
The idea of Elstow Tea Garden is to provide a relaxing, welcoming space where you can experience the atmosphere of this lovely, historic English village, whilst enjoying good food or, if you wish, just a cup of tea.
Elstow Tea Garden is close to the historic 11th century Elstow Abbey, and the entrance is right beside the ruin of the former cloisters and Hillersden Mansion (see "How to find us" page). Just a minute's walk away is the tranquil Elstow Village Green, with its beautiful medieval Moot Hall. Take a look at the photos on our "Elstow Village" webpage and you'll see for yourself what a beautiful and interesting village this is.
Elstow Tea Garden is open; Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday 10am to 4pm, Beginning of April to the end of September
Do come visit us - we look forward to meeting you soon. Joyce and Bill Willis
